Epic Life is an outdoor water-sports and activity provider based in Tonbridge, England, offering a broad range of paddling and adventure experiences across Sussex and the River Rother. Epic Life runs stand-up paddleboard (SUP) adventures in Bodiam and Hastings, sea kayak training in Hastings, social paddles and sprint interval sessions in Tonbridge, and specialised sessions such as PaddleFit, MegaSUP and river-based youth programmes.
