Enjoy personalized instruction in small groups of 4-6, starting with a 20-minute land lesson before hitting the waves. Learn essential techniques and safety tips while having fun and making new friends!

Our most popular lesson and the best value for your money. Come with some friends or by yourself to meet new ones. We’ll put a group together for you with only 4-6 students per group. 

Lesson Includes: surfboard, rashguards, reef shoes and leash

IMPORTANT - Must be ages 11 or older and know how to swim to join a group. Kids 10 and under must take private surf lessons. For first time surfers or those who’ve tried it a few times and are still trying to get the hang of it. 

We’ll start with a quick 20-minute land lesson where you’ll get a proper introduction to the sport of surfing and learn everything you need to know before hitting the waves. Once in the water, instructors will help you to catch waves, get you to your feet and keep you safe and having fun through out the entire lesson.

Topics: Positioning yourself on the surfboard, paddling techniques, how to maneuver over waves, turning the surfboard, how to get to your feet, proper surf stance, balance techniques, safety rules.
