About This Adventure

Children aged 8-15 can embark on an exciting two-day freediving adventure, guided by certified instructors. With four immersive open-water sessions, they’ll build water confidence and essential skills in a safe environment. Each age group progresses through tailored levels, ensuring a memorable exploration of the underwater world without pressure.

Ages 8-11, 12-15

Under the guidance of our certified Freediving Instructors who are also professionally trained as Junior Freediving Instructors, children will develop water confidence, swimming skills, relaxation and mental techniques, and all the necessary skills to explore the underwater world comfortably and safely.

With a total of 4 immersive open-water sessions, this course spans over 2 days total, meeting each day at 7:30am and ending at 12:30pm.

For children, we do not push any breath holds or depths! We are strict on this course being only within the comfortable range for children, and we have three different levels for each age group (for example, 8-11 year olds can progress through the open water Wave 1, Wave 2, and Wave 3 courses).

Bring your own gear or reach out to us if you need equipment!
