A liability waiver must be completed for each participant prior to engaging in the activity. A parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver for each youth/minor participant. You will be taken to the waiver form after checkout, and a link to the waiver will be included in your confirmation email. You may also arrive a few minutes early and complete the waiver in-store.
