Join us for a 1 hour beginner-friendly paddle board fitness class! The tour leaves Little Bridge at 9am, and will start with some stretching and paddling on your board. The class changes every day but can be done by all levels! Paddle boards, PFDs, paddles, and your guide are all provided for you!
Dress in quick-drying, layered clothing to stay comfortable during your paddling session.
