Your tour commences with a welcome drink at our incredible 8 metre high front bar. Most enjoy a Gin and Tonic to take on their distillery tour, but non-alcoholic options are available too.
Next, we take you into our working distillery to discover the process to make our award winning gin. You will learn about the gin making process and the science behind it in a 15-minute tour.
We’ll then move to the bar where we will take you through a tasting of our four core gins, with the option to pair tonic and ice for a mini Hickson House G&T. Our tour guides will also be showing you how to make two easy cocktails to make at home.
All distillery tours come with a $10 discount on any purchase made at our distillery cellar door, which stocks all of our gin products, Hickson House merchandise and a few exciting pantry and drink cabinet staples.
