About

You will learn to use a stand up paddle board (SUP) safely with a lesson that introduces new skills or refreshes old ones. In this session you will earn how to paddle, how to self rescue and also about paddling on the river Waveney. You will learn how the tidal waters and passing river traffic can affect your SUP.

These session will begin on our basin and as confidence grows you will be taken out on the river. Once you have completed this lesson for the rest of the season you can hire (with a friend) from us all summer, once Stephen feels you are ready.
