Take flight from the heart of Newcastle, and out along The Foreshore as your pilot starts to point out some of the local landmarks. Enjoy the view as the vineyards start to roll out before you, leading towards the majestic Brokenback Ridge.
When you land at one of the Hunter Valley’s most prestigious restaurants, you will be treated to an three course a-la-carte lunch with a complementary wine to enjoy over looking one of Australia’s most romantic backdrops.
Once you’ve finished lunch (and maybe a wine or two..), your pilot will be waiting to fly you back to Newcastle to give you another glimpse of our local landscape.
