Weather is never a problem, as our cruises sails rain or shine. The Captain may vary the route at his discretion based on the weather and traffic conditions on the water. -Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE unless Trip Protection is purchased. Trip Protection is offered on all cruises except special event cruises. This gives our passengers the ease of cancelling or rescheduling their cruise date with in 24-hours of any non meal cruise and 72- hours for any lunch and dinner cruises, if they are not able to make their scheduled date. Trip Protection must be pre-purchased at the time of the reservation.

Doors to the ship close 10 minutes prior to departure. Boarding is not permitted while the ship is being prepared to depart – safety is our priority.
For children 4 and under that require individual seating and separate plate must purchase ticket.
For your security, at check-in you are required to present the credit card that was used to pay for your booking along with matching valid photo identification. The name listed on your credit card must be identical to the contact name listed on your booking.

The Goodtime III is the largest quadruple-deck, 1,000 passenger luxury ship in Cleveland and offers plenty of room for all passengers, who are not confined to their seats. Whether you choose the top sun decks, the large, semi-open second deck, or the main glass-enclosed lower deck (which is air-conditioned or heated for comfort and wheelchair accessible), passengers can move from deck to deck and enjoy the cruise however they would like to.
