Welcome to Golden Light Paddle's SUP Yoga! Whether you are brand new to yoga, paddle boarding or just looking to learn the fundamentals of floating yoga, this class is perfect for you.
Our signature 75-minute workshop will start with instructions on land covering the basics of paddle boarding and getting you familiar with the board. We'll head to the water with a short paddle to our floating studio.
Beginning seated, our guides will lead you through a series of grounding poses, moving to your knees giving you a chance to test the waters! We provide plenty of modifications so that everyone, no matter their skill level, can participate.
We will end with a chance to connect with your breath and center yourself before we head back to shore. You will have the opportunity to play and practice more advanced poses, if you choose to. It's the perfect chance to challenge yourself and try something new.
Two registration options:
Full Experience – $50 Includes board rental, paddle, life vest, and anchor—everything you need is provided.
BYOB (Bring Your Own Board) – $25 Want to use your own board? Great! Just select the BYOB option during registration. You’ll still get full instruction and join the group on the water—just bring your own gear.
Don't miss out on this unique yoga experience!
