The scattering of a loved ones ashes at sea is a honored tradition dating back many years that is becoming increasingly popular. Enchanted Sailing Charters understands that saying goodbye is never an easy thing to do. Our crew has overseen ashes spread at sea for over 12 years with courtesy, respect and professionalism. When we leave the marina, we travel down the Intracoastal waterway, then out 3 miles for the ash scattering. All video photography and photos will be provided at the end of your charter at NO COST to you.
We can accommodate up to 6 people, additional boats can be arranged for more passengers, based on availability.Each boat can be chartered for an additional cost.(There is a $50.00 charge for each additional ash at sea beyond one)
A Certificate of Ashes at Sea with the date and GPS coordinates can be purchased for $15 and will be mailed to the family,
All ashes at sea leave the marina at their scheduled time or as determined by the Captain, and are typically 2-1/2 to 3 hours long.
