The Great Outdoors excursion is focused on fishing areas where you will not see another fisherman(brown bears only) sharing your honey hole.

At Edgewater Outfitter’s our professionally guided and exclusive small group spin and fly-fishing excursions take you to the incredible remote streams surrounding Hoonah, located on Chichagof Island, Alaska.
While our main focus is fishing, our primary objective is to immerse you in Alaska’s pure untamed wilderness, connect you with nature, and leave you inspired by your experience.
Tours are personally guided by Captain Remo, who has over 30 years of guiding and wildlife experience.
Each angler is equipped with their own rod, reel, waders (if necessary) and wading gear, then professionally guided to have an Alaskan wilderness experience of a lifetime. Activity may require short mild hiking, wading through water, and catching fish. A Chevy Suburban LTZ is used for transportation from the cruise ship port to the fishing destination.
Complementary snacks, water, and Alaskan adutlt beverages (over 21 years old) provided.
