Rota do Cabo Stª Maria a sua viagem começará pelos canais da Ria Formosa onde poderá observar aves marinhas e actividades pesqueiras.
Chegando à ilha Deserta pode caminhar e apreciar a flora Dunar ou então mergulhar em águas transparentes, de seguida saimos a mar aberto para avistar o cabo de Stª Maria e rumamos à ilha do Farol ai pode refrescar-se ou comer um snack nos vários bares existentes, apreciar a arquitectura original da ilha, o regresso a Faro será feito apreciando a envolvente da Ria Formosa.
