About

This is a leisurely laid back tour which combines a visit to some of The Netherlands most popular tourist attractions, with some unexpected beauty spots – just off the beaten track.

The former bustling fishing harbour of Volendam has transformed itself into a wonderful tourist destination. See the boats come and go, taste the local fish delicacies or walk in the narrow allies between the traditional fishermen’s houses.

In this tour we try to stay off of the main road and bring you close and personal with the Dutch countryside.

We visit some of the beautiful but less known villages in the area for example: Broek in Waterland, Monnickendam or Edam.

We also stop along the way in a Cheese Farm where you can taste the famous Dutch cheese.

Summer Season

During the summer season (April through October) we visit 3 villages (the tour does not include a visit to Zaanse Schans).

Winter Season

During the winter season (November through March) we visit Volendam and Zaanse Schans.
