You'll be guided through a dynamic and flowing yoga sequence that harmonizes movement with breath. Our instructor tailors each class to match the group’s abilities and interests, ensuring an inclusive and blissful experience, open to all levels of practitioners. While prior yoga experience can be helpful, no prior experience with yoga or paddleboarding is required.
You’ll feel empowered in your body as we guide you with care and attention through every breath. Using our GLIDE Lotus Hardboards—renowned for their exceptional stability and performance—you’ll enjoy the ideal platform for paddleboard yoga. Additionally, you'll learn basic paddleboarding techniques to enhance your confidence on the water.
