Please Note:
PAY ATTENTION TO THE DATE YOU CHOOSE FOR YOUR CRUISE!!!
- You need to arrive 20-30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR CRUISE DEPARTURE TIME TO CHECK IN, so be sure to give PLENTY of time for traffic on the island and also TIME TO PARK!!
- Be sure to count EVERY PERSON in your party INCLUDING INFANTS.
- If the Captain cancels due to weather, a full refund will be given.
WEATHER POLICY: Our boats are open to the outside and partially shaded so this is an OUTDOOR ACTIVITY. In case of inclement weather trips can be postponed up to 45 minutes. The Captains will make the call to cancel trip and at that time customers may receive refunds, raincheck, or reschedule to a different cruise time. NO refunds will be issued until Captains make the call. Once the trip starts and dolphins surf and jump a raincheck will be given if trip was less than 30 minutes.
