About This Adventure

Embark on an exciting 90-minute introduction to stand-up paddleboarding! Learn essential safety, balance, and paddling techniques from certified coaches, all while enjoying the great outdoors. With all equipment provided, you'll gain the confidence to paddle independently and explore the water like never before. Perfect for ages 8 and up!

Introduction to Stand-Up Paddleboarding (SUP)

  • In 90 minutes you will learn safety, balance and paddle basics that you can use for the rest of your life!
  • Learn to paddle correctly, gain balance and confidence, and then come back and rent a board on your own!

All equipment provided

  • SUP Board
  • Carbon Fiber SUP Paddle
  • Life Jacket or PFD Belt
  • Surf Leash
  • Instruction from one of our PaddleFit Certified Coaches!

  • Basic swimming skills required
  • 250 lbs. weight limit
