About

Our lighthouse cruises leave Dauphin Island Marina and begin cruising along the Coast of Dauphin Island. We pass the Indian Shell Mounds, the Goat Trees, and historic Fort Gaines. We get an up close look at the oil and natural gas rigs in Mobile Bay, and then cruise out to Sand Island Lighthouse. This lighthouse is the oldest in our area and has a very rich history. On our cruises, we also drag a shrimp net. The boat is equipped with a built-in touch tank aquarium. After dragging our shrimp net, we empty our catch in the touch tank for you to see. We often see dolphins as we drag our shrimp net too!
