Cook your way to sweet success with this day-long Lake Como food tour. Create a 2-course lunch that features handmade pasta, and learn about the history of the recipes. The best bite? The day also includes your transfer to the restaurant. Start your class by discussing the daily menu in front of a coffee and snacks. Then start cooking recipes from all over Italian regions. You will only use fresh and easy to find ingredients.
As a main course you might prepare homemade pasta or risotto. The cherry on top is the dessert. After two and half hours of teamwork, when everything is cooked, let's enjoy lunch all together with good Italian wine. Your cooking teacher will introduce every dish, telling the origin and history of the different recipes and the wine's choice. After lunch you will reach your hotel in Como at 2.30/3 pm
