Les Pentes (”the slopes”) is the name of this very original section of Lyon located between the Presqu’ile and Croix-Rousse hill. And for sure, because of its unique soul, les Pentes is probably one of the most iconic districts of Lyon.

Inside the third largest city in France, one will find a village of indomitable people who live at their own pace, thinking they are above all Croix-Roussien before being Lyonnais. They play boules in picturesque small squares, they have their November fun fair, their flea market, their areas with graffitis, their… The vibe is definitely organic, second hand and exotic !
