Our Executive Chef has freshly prepared a delectable menu, in America’s first open kitchen using gas cooking equipment on a river cruiser. As you pass beneath the many low bridges in the heart of Tampa with inches to spare, you will experience the best sites our city has to offer, including the historic Tampa Hotel with its iconic minarets dating back to 1891. You may just think you’re on a scenic river cruise in Europe!

When making a reservation, guests can choose from three seating options: the air-conditioned dining room, the covered back deck, or the shared outdoor bar. Outdoor seating areas are thoughtfully designed for comfort, offering shade, fans, and adjustable glass windows that can fully enclose the space for added protection.
