Scarborough Surf School operates from Cayton Bay on the North Yorkshire coast, delivering surf, SUP and coasteering experiences for all ages and abilities.
The school runs accredited ISA surf lessons, group and private coaching, stand-up paddleboard (SUP) foundation courses, equipment hire and specialist activities such as coasteering and kids progression courses. Lessons include two-hour beginner group surf sessions taught by accredited ISA instructors, private 1:1 and 2:1 surf coaching for beginners through advanced surfers with optional video analysis, and a range of SUP-Wise foundation lessons delivered privately or in small groups. Coasteering sessions are three hours long and combine cliff scrambling, sea swimming and cave exploration, suitable for families and adrenaline seekers.
Equipment hire covers surfboards, SUPs and 5mm full-length wetsuits to support independent sessions at Cayton Bay.
