We have an agreement that will need to be signed by you and the boat rental company prior to our departure.

Please Note: The passenger count of Ten (10) passengers is strictly enforced. This is per U.S.C.G. regulations and is for your personal safety and comfort. No exceptions will be made. Once onboard you will receive a safety briefing prior to departing the dock. You are welcome to bring your own food or drink including alcohol if consumed appropriately. We reserve the right to terminate the charter at any time for your and our safety. This is a non-smoking vessel, which also restricts vape devices as well. No drugs or weapons of any kind are permitted while onboard.
