Whet Your Palette
Discover exciting paddling trips with CAL in California’s scenic waterways. Perfect for all skill levels, these trips immerse you in nature and adventure.
Whet Your Palette is a community-focused art studio offering a wide range of painting classes, camps, and private events. The studio specializes in hands-on, instructor-led and independent painting experiences for adults and children, including themed summer camps, drop-off classes, and offsite face painting. Whet Your Palette’s program mix includes week-long camps for ages 4–6, 7–9, and 10–12, one-day camp options, Parent’s Night Out drop-off classes, children’s parties, and adult paint-and-sip style events where hosts select the painting, date, and refreshments.
For private gatherings, options include fully hosted adult parties with a dedicated instructor, “It’s Your Room” private sessions that provide studio space without a dedicated instructor, and off-site or virtual event services. Many experiences list logistical details such as three-hour private party windows, on-site snack and drink purchases, and staff-managed cleanup after events. Camp sessions include hands-on art projects across painting and sculpture and ask attendees to bring a lunch or snack when noted; some one-day camps meet at 1415 Evergreen Road, across from The Village Anchor.
Safety, creativity, and convenience guide the offerings: drop-off classes for children provide supervised creative time, while adult events emphasize a relaxed, social atmosphere. Booking is available online for select registrations and private-party reservations. Whet Your Palette positions itself as an accessible choice for families and groups seeking guided art activities, summer camp options, and customizable private celebrations. Registration and event details appear under listings such as CAL, CAL - ONLINE REGISTRATION, and CAL: ONE DAY for one-day and multi-day program options.
