We address panic control related to breath-hold contingency response preparedness due to underwater breathing equipment failure or the loss of an available air source. The course covers proper breath-hold technique development, training programs, and equipment. Typical breath- hold performances are in the 4:00 – 5:30 minute range, and diving to depths no greater than 30 meters/99 feet with and without fins. Instructors will thoroughly cover the physics, physiology, safety, survival, and safety protocols of breath-hold diving along with training programs to further develop a student’s physical and mental performance.
