Restore your passion and spirit for life!
Designed for women seeking a dynamic experience as we embrace adventure on water and land. On this women's only retreat, we spend 3 days paddling the lazy Colorado River after putting in at the base of the Hoover Dam. We will explore hot springs and natural sauna caves, and have two nights of shoreline camping.
Take a break from the daily grind and tap into connection through shared experience, personal challenge, and nature's rhythm. This trip is for soul-seekers who long for a deeper connection with themselves, other women, and the restorative power of nature. Recharge your inner battery to return home with strength and clarity.
We will invite you to explore your internal world through journaling and intentional conversations while allowing for the reprieve and rejuvenation of laughter and nature that many of us need to keep showing up with strength in our worlds at home.
Day 1: Arrival Arriving at the airport, your leaders will pick you up and transport you to the hotel in Boulder City, Nevada. We will get to know each other this evening as we pack our river bags for our overnight canoe camping trip.
Day 2 and 3: Camping Overnight An early morning start to meet our shuttle to the Hoover Dam launch area. Once on the river we will stop frequently to enjoy the sauna cave and hot springs. We will make camp and soak in more of this beautiful area. Enjoy an evening of camping as you enjoy the company of new friends.
Day 4: Paddle and Transition Wake up to fresh brewed coffee and the appetizing smells of breakfast being cooked. Take your time as you embark on the serene morning by the river. As we depart our camp we will spend the next few hours paddling to our take out and seeing the other sites along the river and looking for wildlife. We will enjoy lunch together as we transition to flights or lodging accommodations.
