Epic Life is an outdoor water-sports and activity provider based in Tonbridge, England, offering a broad range of paddling and adventure experiences across Sussex and the River Rother.
Epic Life runs stand-up paddleboard (SUP) adventures in Bodiam and Hastings, sea kayak training in Hastings, social paddles and sprint interval sessions in Tonbridge, and specialised sessions such as PaddleFit, MegaSUP and river-based youth programmes. Sessions use the River Rother and River Medway and are designed for families, children aged 8–14, groups and individuals.
Children’s programmes include a Kids Paddle Club and Holiday Club for 8–14 year olds, taught by qualified instructors to develop water confidence through paddleboarding, kayaking and MegaSUP activities.
