Your parcel must be within the weight range chosen. Parcels over the stated weight range will be charged double. 16-30kg Must have a second able-bodied person to assist with lifting.
We do not guarantee Ferry/Flight/Bus/Appointment connections but do our best to make these happen. No liability will be held for missed connections due to the Door-to-Door nature of our service. When booking you must notify these in the Comments section.
