Please note that we launch our boats from a beach. Your feet may get wet during the launch process, so please plan footwear accordingly.

Policies

  • It is very important to arrive early to the park, as it regularly reaches capacity the same time it opens at 8AM during peak visitation. Thus, arriving at or before 8 is crucial. Paddle reservations more than 30 minutes late will be cancelled and boats will be reassigned.
  • Our boats must always stay between St. Johns green river markers 69 and 77. Our boats must always stay between St. Johns green river markers 69 and 77. No watercraft allowed in Spring Run during April 1st 2024 - November 15th 2024.
  • You must stay in your boat with life jackets on and fastened at all times during the rental. For your safety, swimming and landing at any other beach is not allowed, including French Landing. Boarding other boats or exchanging passengers is also prohibited.
  • Must be 18 years or older to book. PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED FOR EACH RENTER 18+ YRS OLD. COPIES ARE NOT PERMITTED. Minors must have a legal parent or guardian present in the party. Must be 14 years or older to be in a single kayak with adult supervision.
  • Alcohol may not be brought into the State Park or onto our vessels. We reserve the right to inspect coolers prior to departure.
  • Pets are not permitted in our kayaks and canoes.
  • CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS UNDERWAY Effective April 1, 2024: In-water activities are closed while we stabilize the shoreline at Blue Spring State Park. This closure includes swimming, snorkeling, tubing, diving and paddling in the spring run and spring head. Boat tours and paddling are only allowed in the St. Johns River. Visitors are asked to adhere to all posted signs and avoid closed areas when visiting the park.
