Hunting Island Kayak Tour

Guided tours of the pristine beaches and waters of one of South Carolina’s most popular state parks.

  • At high tide your guide will lead you up to the lagoon. There we will get out and explore the Boneyard Beach! From May - August you'll be able to check out the loggerhead turtle nests and learn about efforts to help their survival. Our Hunting Island tour is ideal for individuals, families, photographers, bird watchers, reunions or special parties.
  • At low tide we paddle out to the sandbar and look for sand dollars and whatever might have washed up with the tide. You'll also most likely see a variety of shorebirds!
  • Tour highlights include tidal paddle, bird watching and checking out local sea and wildlife.

*And there's always that possibility of seeing dolphins at both high and low tide!
