Description: Join local fitness instructor, Carly Fauth, Founder of FitFunCarly, for a 75 minute Barre inspired Stand Up Paddleboard Core Class! Come prepared to smile, laugh and lengthen and tone your entire body while focusing on strengthening the core. This class is suitable for All Levels. You do NOT need any Barre or SUP experience!

-75 minutes from paddle out to paddle back -Includes Equipment. -12 spots available. -Must register in advance.

Bio: Carly Fauth has been a fitness instructor of pretty much everything under the sun for over a decade! She is co-founder of SplasHIIT, an aqua fitness company and founder of FitFunCarly. Carly is a lifelong fitness fanatic committed to promoting mental health through fitness. Her passion is teaching busy women how to fit FUN and EFFICIENT fitness techniques into their lives so they can get their self confidence and fitness motivation back using customized wellness techniques. Carly lives in Milford with her husband, 2 sons and goldendoodle!
