In these lessons, we teach you:

  • Safety Skills for getting out on the water. We provide you with an overview of the gear you will need, weather and paddling conditions and falling off and remounting your board safely
  • Paddling Skills which include: — Proper sizing and holding a paddle — Mounting your board — Paddling while sitting, kneeling and standing — Forward stroke, braking stroke and sweep stroke
  • SUP Knowledge
