The centre runs supervised sessions for stand up paddle boarding, sit-on-top kayaking (single and double), pedal boats, open water swimming and launch-your-own-craft days on spring-fed lakes. Aquapark sessions are available for specific age groups, and a variety of RYA youth and adult sailing and powerboat courses are offered at Upton Warren. Safety and qualified supervision are central to operations.
