Tubing Now at Watauga!

We’re bringing one of your favorite Wahoos adventures to a new river! Tubing is now available at our Watauga location—just minutes from downtown Elizabethton and right on the banks of the Watauga River.

While tubing isn’t new to Wahoos (we’ve been helping guests chill out on the New River for years), this is the first time we’re offering laid-back floats on the scenic Watauga. Perfect for those long, hot summer days, our new trip lets you relax, recharge, and drift through some of the most beautiful waters and scenary in East Tennessee!!!

Whether you’re a longtime tuber or floating for the first time, come experience Wahoos tubing in a whole new way at our beautiful outpost located right on the Watauga River!

Reservations are required. Booking will be closed 24 hours prior to the start time.

What to Bring

  • Sunscreen
  • Swimsuit or quick drying shorts - whatever you are comfortable in!
  • Water shoes or Strapped sandals (ex: Tevas, Keens, Chacos, Crocs with strap, sneakers are ok, but may get wet)
  • Sunglasses with straps
  • Towel to dry off
  • Epipens, insulin, or any medications that should accompany you on your trip
