The tour begins in the shaded courtyard behind the Waikiki Beach Marriott where the guide fits helmets and runs beginners through Segway basics. Within minutes riders move out, wheels whispering across park paths as banyan roots and palm fronds lean in like curious onlookers. The glide takes the promenade beside Queens Beach, skims past the Waikiki Aquarium and the stoic Natatorium, and circles the Honolulu Zoo before pausing at the Duke Kahanamoku statue where ocean spray seems to dare you to go further.
