About This Adventure

Embark on a unique Conjure expedition through New Orleans' mystical landscapes, exploring graveyards, bayous, and sacred sites. Guided by an elder priestess, you'll create your own voodoo doll and learn ancient folk magic. This hands-on adventure promises an unforgettable connection with the living, the dead, and the magic in between.

Lets go down to the Crossroads AND Do some Hands-on Voodoo and Swamp magic on a Conjure expedition with the living, the dead & the in between, in an off the beaten track expedition.

This is a hands on field trip class outing held to public on Saturday 12pm -3:30pm 4 person minimum 13 person maximum with advance reservations

Public is $150ea with swag OR (by private custom charter vip intensive asa retreat)

We go to the liminal spots, the forgotten nooks and crannies. Go to where the spirits linger and history waits to tell its tale.

4 person minimum to run, 13 maximum total to take! at least 24 hours in advance 3.5 hrs

Go to the graveyards, the bayous, wishing spots and power points to meet the soul of city.

Come learn by doing and add a little folk magic to the original swamp magic to conjure it all together.

Travel through 4 neighborhoods, see bayous Graveyards and an oak forest.

A Hunters and gatherers event with swamp magic as your guide and nature as your farmers market. Folk Magic conjured in your kitchen, found growing wild in the woods . Come along for an old school quest and connect.

Then let's look at many ways to connect w ancestors in a Graveyard . Visit a folk cemetery to honor the dead on this expedition (HOLT cemetery) and learn some of the old ways

BTW I use the word Hunter metaphorically and metaphysically for there is NO form of weaponry: gun, sword used (well maybe a some scissors sometime machete.

The sacred sites wait where out founding nations traded, lived and worshipped at this (T)Chapitoulas coast. The insiders here , the Houmas knew here as Tchou-tchouma, or “the city of the sun" intimating also red crawfish as in the literal translation of her other title: Saktci-Houma . This is where Maman You (the river) spoke, and fed.

Neighboring tribes are reviving their nicknames for us: Bulbacha, but it was not a local name translating as "land of many tongues' seems we were always a crossroads

This event includes Van and walking on multiple terrain and can be through mud muck , please dress accordingly
