About This Adventure

Join Reiman Gardens in a rewarding seasonal gardening experience! Help plant over 10,000 tulip bulbs, prepare the gardens for winter, and install the enchanting Winter Wonderscape display. No experience is needed—just bring your enthusiasm as you work alongside horticulture staff and fellow volunteers to create a stunning seasonal transformation.

Seasonal Gardening & Display Install

Help us prepare the gardens for the changing seasons! 10,000+ tulip bulbs must be planted before the frost, gardens need to be put to bed, and Winter Wonderscape needs to be installed! Join Reiman Gardens horticulture staff and regular volunteers in this massive undertaking.

  • September 10, 12, 15: 30th Anniversary gardening and clean-up
  • October 20-24, 27-31: plant bulbs which will bloom in the spring
  • Nov 3-7, 10-14: Winter Wonderscape display installation

Volunteers do not need prior experience! All tools and simple instructions will be provided onsite, and horticulture staff will work alongside volunteers throughout the opportunity. Thank you for helping us make Reiman ready for the seasons ahead!
