You step off the minibus into a narrow street where laughter and amplified radio lines the air — the township moves at its own pace, immediate and practical. In Langa, a short drive from Cape Town, the day centers on a modest hall where folding chairs form a classroom and local changemakers pass on tools that lead to work: clear CVs, concise cover letters, and the confidence to answer interview questions.
