Vineyard-Inspired Online Yoga with Caro Feely — Weekly RYT500 Classes from Saussignac

On the outskirts of Saussignac in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Weekly Online Yoga with Caro Feely | RYT500 Certified brings the slow, steady rhythm of Château Feely's vineyard practice to wherever you are. Caro Feely, a RYT500-certified instructor associated with SARL Chateau Feely at 326 Route du Pressoir, 24240, Saussignac, France, has translated her gentle outdoor sessions into a one-hour weekly online class that blends movement, breath and guided meditation. Each session begins with a grounded sequence designed for beginners and returning practitioners: gentle mobility to wake the joints, 45 minutes of accessible vinyasa-style flow tailored to individual pace, then a closing meditation that echoes the calm guests report after a walk through the vines. The approach emphasizes strength built slowly, improved flexibility, and practical breathing tools you can use off the mat. Classes are intentionally simple—equipment-light, alignment-focused, and framed by Caro's cueing so students feel supported even through a screen. Logistics are straightforward: sessions last one hour, limited to small groups (maximum 10 people), and Zoom invitations arrive by email. The listing notes a minimum age of 5; booking materials include an explicit Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability referencing Caro Feely and SARL Chateau Feely, so read those terms carefully before joining. The online format removes travel friction while preserving the personality of a vineyard class—expect verbal imagery and breathing cues that evoke open air, even when you're practicing in an apartment or hotel room. Why book this class while visiting the region or while planning your trip? If you want to carry the region's slow pace with you—before a day of winery visits, after a hike, or simply as daily rhythm—these sessions are a reliable way to center your body and mind. They also offer continuity: a weekly practice that folds into travel plans, providing physical maintenance and stress relief between adventures. For international travelers, the online option is especially handy: attend from different time zones, rehearse sequences before an in-person visit, or maintain consistency after you leave France. Practical notes: have a mat, a firm chair nearby for modifications, and a quiet corner with stable Wi-Fi. Small class size means personalized attention, and Caro's training shows in clear, encouraging instruction. This offering is less about spectacle and more about steady, useful practice—a compact ritual that carries a piece of Saussignac's vineyard calm into your day. Booking is flexible; you receive a Zoom invitation via email after reservation and should review the waiver tied to SARL Chateau Feely. Expect clear verbal adjustments and simpler pose options. Whether you’re a traveler seeking a morning reset before a day of wineries or a visitor wanting a steady weekly practice, regular attendance builds strength, steadiness, calmer travel days and improved breathing habits.
