VILLA RUBY: Private 9-Bedroom Miami Estate with Pool & Spa

VILLA RUBY sits in North Miami Beach, Florida, a short drive from Biscayne Bay and the beaches that define this stretch of South Florida. This 6,200-square-foot private estate accommodates up to 20 guests across nine bedrooms and nine full bathrooms, and it’s built for gatherings that balance lively evenings with relaxed downtime. The open-concept living areas are bright and contemporary, with clean lines, floor-to-ceiling light, and sleek finishes that make entertaining effortless.

Outside, the backyard is the headline: a private pool and spa framed by elegant landscaping and palms, a barbecue area for group meals, and a ping pong table for late-afternoon competition. The layout feels like a private resort—rooms open to the yard so conversations and music flow between indoor lounges and the pool deck. Practical touches include stocked bed linens and towels, basic toiletries, and space for staged events or small private celebrations.

For travelers who want to explore, North Miami Beach acts as a quiet base near larger South Florida draws. Oleta River State Park’s mangrove channels and bike trails are minutes away, and the sands of Sunny Isles and Bal Harbour are an easy drive. The property’s proximity to Biscayne Bay makes it a good staging point for charter boats, waterfront dining, and sunrise runs along the shoreline.

This rental is especially valuable for multigenerational groups and events: nine bedrooms with mixed king, queen, and double configurations give families options, and communal spaces are designed for simultaneous activity—someone can cook while another laps the pool. Add-on services listed by the operator expand the experience: private chefs, bartenders, DJs, yacht or private jet rentals, and event logistics are available on demand, which turns a weekend getaway into a curated celebration.

Logistics are straightforward: bookings require a three-night minimum; the exact street address is shared after reservation confirmation. Cleaning fees and optional extras are not included in the base rate, and a rental contract outlines the terms. Guests should arrive prepared with swimsuits, sunscreen, and provisions unless add-ons cover meal and bar services.

VILLA RUBY stands out because it combines an intimate, contemporary home with the scale and service options of a small resort, right in North Miami Beach. It’s a place to sleep twenty, host lively evenings under the stars, and use South Florida’s water and beach playgrounds as your backyard adventure. Whether the plan is a family reunion, milestone celebration, or relaxed group retreat, the property makes group logistics feel effortless and the fun feel inevitable. Hosts can provide quotes for private chefs, DJs, bartenders, and transportation, letting groups tailor each stay. Confirm all add-ons at booking; the team manages logistics so guests focus on celebrating. Plan arrival times and communicate late check-in in advance. please.
