Villa Jasper Miami Shores — 9-Bedroom Luxury Mansion with Pool & Private Putting Green

Villa Jasper stands on 9617 Park Dr, Miami Shores, FL 33138, USA — a modern, purpose-built mansion that reads like an entertainer’s blueprint for large-group stays. This 6,200-square-foot property pairs open, high-ceilinged interiors with a private outdoor oasis: an expansive swimming pool, spa, turf backyard with a putting green, a shaded lounge terrace and games like ping pong and cornhole. Nine ensuite bedrooms and a half bath host up to 20 guests, making Villa Jasper a top choice for reunions, milestone parties, and multi-family vacations in the Miami area. Inside, wide sliding glass doors dissolve the boundary between living room and pool deck so daylight floods the minimal contemporary rooms. Bedrooms range from California king master suites to flexible double-full rooms, all supplied with premium linens and toiletries so you can travel light. The property’s social amenities—private putting green, ping pong table and outdoor lounge—encourage group play without leaving the estate. Add-on services include private chefs, bartenders, DJs, and transportation, letting you scale a quiet family retreat into a polished event. Location matters: Miami Shores is a leafy village on the northern edge of Miami, minutes from Biscayne Bay, Oleta River State Park and Miami’s cultural corridors. Spend mornings on coastal bike paths, afternoons cruising Biscayne Bay, and evenings back at the pool under designed lighting that makes the water glow. For guests planning an event, the property’s flexible living spaces and 20-person capacity simplify logistics; a rental contract outlines terms including cancellation policy and fees. Practical notes: the villa requires a three-night minimum. Cleaning fees and some extras are not included in base pricing. Check-in details are provided after booking—timeliness is requested—and the exact address is shared once the reservation is confirmed. Owner/operator information is not provided in the listing. Why book Villa Jasper? It’s rare to find a Miami rental that balances high-end design, private outdoor amenities and true capacity for large groups without feeling like a commercial venue. The combination of pool, spa, putting green and entertainer-focused indoor spaces allows groups to mix active play and quiet separation under one roof. From family reunions to bachelor parties or a creative offsite, this villa gives you control: curated upgrades, private staff options and a location that puts both urban nightlife and coastal nature within easy reach. Plan logistics around the three-night minimum and ask about on-site parking and event rules before booking; the host can supply quotes for chefs, bartenders, DJs, transfers and private drivers. If you’re arriving from the airport, schedule an arrival window so staff can prepare linens and pool heating if requested. Keep parties respectful of neighbors—Miami Shores enforces quiet hours—and pack practical items like sunscreen, a reusable water bottle and swim shoes for poolside.
