Experience the most beautiful views in the heart of the city. This tour is ideal to get an overview of what makes this city so special and why it really deserves the title “Eternal City”. You will be guided by one of our local, certified tour guides. What makes our guides special is their passion for Rome and they want to share it with you. In order to have enough time to respond to your questions and wishes, the group size is limited to a maximum of 5 people. Enjoy the tour and let us guide you through this unique city. Highlights of the guided tour

  • First you will learn about the history of the “Piazza Venezia” and the “Altare della Patria“.
  • Then we climb the legendary “Aracoeli” staircase, and then admire the famous “Santa Maria in Aracoeli” and its wonders.
  • Then follows the iconic “Piazza del Campidoglio“, a masterpiece of Michelangelo.
  • After a unique view of the “Forum Romanum“, a walk past the “Fori Imperiali” and the “Colosseum” towards the “Aventine” follows.
  • There will be a stop at the “Santa Francesca Romana” with works by Bernini and its numerous relics.
  • After visiting the “Circo Massimo“, the largest stadium ever built in the world, we climb the “Aventine“.
  • This is followed by a relaxing stop at the papal “Giardino degli Aranci” with a breathtaking view of the Vatican and a curious optical illusion.
  • Afterwards we visit the “Santa Sabina“, a basilica from the 4th century.
  • Finally the tour ends at the “Piazza dei Cavalieri di Malta” with the most famous keyhole of the city.
