About

Celebrate the holidays with a sweet stroll through downtown Victoria and historic Chinatown on the Underground Donut Tour. Our festive adventure begins at Empire Donuts, a local favorite known for its out-of-this-world donuts and charming 50’s diner vibe. Nestled in the heart of downtown, the shop is even more delightful during the holiday season, surrounded by twinkling lights and decorated storefronts.

From there, we’ll take a cheerful walk past some of Victoria’s top restaurants, decked out for the season, on our way to a cozy coffee and donut shop that locals love. Then, we make our way down Government Street to take in the stunning sights of the inner harbour, with holiday lights reflecting off the water and seasonal displays at the iconic Empress Hotel and the parliament buildings.

Winding back into the festive downtown core, we’ll stop at a charming family-run donut shop offering handcrafted classics with a seasonal twist. Finally, we make our way to Chinatown, where the tour ends at Friends and Family Bake in the magical Fantan Alley. This cozy bakery features Filipino-inspired treats and donuts, and if we’re lucky, we might catch them baking fresh holiday goodies on the spot.

Join us for a delicious way to explore Victoria at its most magical time of year.
