The tour will begin with an introduction to your friendly, certified tour guide, who will then lead you through the maze-like entry into the museums themselves. Once inside you will follow your guide through rooms upon rooms of beautiful, timeless treasures of sculpture, painting, mosaic and decoration.
Admire the rare sarcophagi carved of precious marble and stone, walk on stunning mosaic tile floors, and gaze up at the beautiful tromp l'oeil decoration of each room you pass through. Next your guide will lead you through the Gallery of the Candelabra, Maps and Tapestries on your way to stand in awe at Michelangelo's great paintings in the Sistine Chapel.
