You step off the passenger truck onto a narrow trail where limestone cliffs lean close and the Nam Song river threads the valley like a ribbon. Air humid with river spray and jungle, the day unfolds as a sequence: a quick historical stop at Elephant Cave, a treehouse launch for ziplines, a headlamp-lit drift through Tham Nam water cave, a placid 5 km kayak downstream, and the final cool plunge at Blue Lagoon 3.

Non-swimmers can still enjoy much of the itinerary, but they should notify guides—life jackets are mandatory and guides will place less confident guests where staff can assist.
It’s a mixed-activity day: short hiking, some climbing in cave access points, moderate paddling (5 km) and standing/walking at zipline platforms—overall moderate effort.
The tour includes hotel pickup/dropoff, lunch, entrance fees, buggy transfer to Blue Lagoon 3, zipline and kayaking equipment, life jackets, helmets, headlamps for cave tubing and insurance as noted by the operator.
Children can join depending on age and comfort with water and heights; operators may have minimum age/weight limits for zipline and tubing—check at booking and declare ages for safety.
