Seattle’s vibrant waters offer a scene far beyond the city skyline, where the freshwater expanses of Lake Union and Lake Washington create a unique backdrop for an unforgettable outing. Waterways Cruises, operating from 901 Fairview Ave N Suite A100, takes the city’s maritime charm to the next level with its Valentine’s Lunch Cruise — a two-and-a-half-hour journey dedicated to savoring the moment amid stunning aquatic vistas.
This intimate cruise invites couples and families alike to step aboard for a festive afternoon highlighted by a three-course plated lunch. Unlike typical outdoor excursions, this experience blends calm water cruising with the refined pleasure of dining on the water. Guests settle into private tables where they can enjoy Seattle’s defining elements: shimmering bridges, glimmering houseboats, and lush waterfront parks all passing by in quiet procession.
Seattle’s waterways serve as a vibrant ecosystem featuring native bald eagles and occasional glimpses of river otters, reminding visitors that this urban environment remains deeply connected to nature. The route shifts between the bustling cove of Lake Union and the broader landscapes of Lake Washington, weather and boat traffic permitting, giving guests panoramic views of both city architecture and dense evergreen shorelines.
