Join Buffalo Bayou Partnership on a free Wellness Walk led by Laura Conely, founder of Urban Paths. Anyone and everyone is invited to walk through the paths of Buffalo Bayou Park while discussing topics including mental and physical health as well as the benefits of being exposed to nature.

What to Know

Walk departs at 6:30pm and covers 3 miles in 1.5 hours.

Parking

Please plan on arriving 15 minutes before the walk to allow time for parking.

Parking is available in the lot adjacent to the Buffalo Bayou Park Cistern. Overfill parking is available in City Lot H, located at 1643 Memorial Dr, Houston, TX 77007, just to the east of Fonde Recreation Center.
