This excursion takes you up the majestic slopes of the sacred Haleakala crater. Not so much off the beaten path, but more up on it. While Maui is renowned for its’ tropical ocean and beaches, this tour shows you a side of the mountain isle many never see.

Explore the chance to 4x4 through a cloud, depending on the weather, or see both coasts at once. Rain or shine, this tour has something worth seeing that most never do.

Due to the nature of this tour, we cannot offer hotel pick-ups. Please plan to meet your guide at the Safeway in Kahului for departure.

What to bring/ What's included

Tour includes 3 stops, and a break for lunch. Please note we do not include a picnic lunch, but guests will have the opportunity to grab food at a handful of places, and we do provide a cooler.

Guests should plan to bring towels, hiking shoes, sunscreen, and a light rain jacket
