About the Eagle View Cabin

The Eagle View sits on the river front of the world famous Kenai River overlooking the river fishing platform and the daily adventures such as moose swimming across the river or eagles fishing to feed their young in the local nesting areas, a black bear with her cubs crossing our property or a mother moose visiting with her calf to feed on the spring grass, all frequent visitors to Eagle Head in the spring, summer, and fall. Some of our guests have had the pleasure of watching brown bears fishing the shallow river across from this cabin in the fall for spawning salmon. This cabin truly represents the Alaska experience and its decor is a constant reminder of where you are and what you may encounter at any time. Local artists contributed to the log carvings you will enjoy in and out of the cabin.

The Eagle View is set for varying guest combinations, having a queen and two twin beds on the upper level, and a full and two twin beds on the main floor. This cabin is capable of accommodating a family of 7 or 6 individuals comfortably. The cabin has a half bath up and 3/4 bath with shower down. We also have an “add a cabin program” for larger parties by adding additional beds and baths in a second cabin.

The full kitchen is fully equipped for your meal preparation and service. The comfortable furnishing and decor are far above average and will make your stay most enjoyable and comfortable. Eagle Head cabins are all equipped with Direct TV satellite service and HD flat screen TV’s for your viewing pleasure.

Larger groups can use a combination of this cabin and another to accommodate their lodging requirements.
