Welcome to the Voodoo Tour, our newest tour exploring the origins of the secretive Voodoo. This is the ONLY tour led by an actual Voodoo Priest! Discover the mysteries and secrets behind one of the most misunderstood religions in existence… What exactly is Voodoo? Is it just stabbing pins in dolls to hurt your enemies? Is it Black Magic? Is it real? Who was the shadowy and infamous Marie Laveau? What is the Ancestor Tree? What’s the difference between hoodoo and Voodoo?! We’ll answer all of this and more as we visit Congo Square and other landmarks.

Follow in the footsteps of the ancestors as we travel back in the past to find out what authentic Voodoo actually is and how it has impacted the city of New Orleans! On our Voodoo Tour, you will learn the ins and outs of this culture and, most importantly, you will learn tools to determine the truth about a religion shrouded in the unknown. You’ll hear about the role that slavery and Voodoo played in building New Orleans’ culture, the Catholic Church influence, and even witness a mock ritual.
